Update Igor Pro 6.1 to the latest release version of Igor Pro 6.1.
Windows XP or later
Igor 6.1 is a free upgrade for Igor 6.0 users; you will not need a new activation code or serial number.

On Windows, we recommend you uninstall Igor 6.0 before installing Igor 6.1. You will need to re-enter your Igor 6.0 serial number and activation key. This re-installation is necessary to avoid mixing old Igor 6.0 files with new Igor 6.1 files.

The Macintosh standalone updater requires the Igor application folder to be named exactly "Igor Pro Folder" and Igor to be named exactly "Igor Pro".
If you install the Carbon version of Igor, you will need your 4.x serial number and activation key. An activation key for Igor 3.x will not work.
