About the SpikeXOP demos This is a self-extracting archive for the Macintosh. It contains demo versions of shareware XFUNCs, Igor help files, and two Igor experiments illustrating use of the XFUNCs. The demo versions are fully functional, so you can test them as much as you like. However, each time a demo XFUNC is used, it will print a shareware reminder in Igor's history window. SpikeXFUNCs includes: Window Discriminator - Extract a list of event times from a waveform by setting window thresholds. Find positive or negative threshold crossings, peaks within a window, or threshold crossings to a peak within a window. Generate event times and/or instantaneous event rates. Raster Plot Generator - Create and edit raster plots from event timing data. Event Analysis - Find regions of maximal event rates within timing data. Cross Correlation - Cross-correlate two waves of time series data. Window Sample Experiment - An Igor experiment using graphs and dependencies to illustrate use of the window discriminator XFUNC; plot a waveform, define a window by dragging a marquee, and see timing data automatically updated. MacAdiosXFUNCS includes: Functions to control all aspects of A/D, D/A, digital I/O, and timing functions of GW Instruments' MacAdios series A/D boards. Normal and extended mode supported. MacAdios Sample Experiment - An Igor experiment illustrating use of all of the XFUNCs For More Information: For more information about the XFUNCs or to upgrade from the demo version to a fully functional version, please contact (for best results, use e-mail): Robert Wyttenbach 915 N.
